POLE (Profile of Organization and Leadership Effectiveness)

POLE is a cost-effective, self-administered tool which can measure any company, board, business unit, team, or franchise against the eight characteristics of high performing organizations. Its graphic report reveals areas of existing excellence and areas of opportunity. Click here to see a sample report.

Comparative Personality Profiles for Strategic Hiring

This personality profile is designed to measure a person's work style and is most often used as an aid in hiring. Your organization can profile the individual you want to hire and have candidates for that position compared to that profile. It has been used successfully in identifying characteristics which will promote success and minimize inappropriate hires.

Board Evaluation

Whether a for-profit or a not-for-profit board, the POLE board assessment instrument is an invaluable tool for identifying those areas of success, those where with a little effort significant improvement could be made, all the way to those areas which constitute serious jeopardy to the organization if not addressed. The process is quick, user-friendly, graphic, and self-administered. Click here to see a sample report.

IPD (Interactive Performance Development)

The IPD (Interactive Performance Development) is a performance feedback and assessment instrument that graphically exposes the gaps in existing perceptions about someone's performance. This user-friendly instrument measures 33 performance characteristics in six major performance areas. The IPD can be used in a 360˚ manner, a simple one-way performance development process for an employee, or a two-way interactive perception check. The IPD is easily retrofitted to fit your company's needs and culture. Click here to see a sample report.
