Staff Development

We work with staff groups to determine if they have a performance compliance or performance excellence culture.  If the culture is one of performance compliance, we assist the group in developing a plan to achieve performance excellence.  We do this through:

This is a workshop that introduces non-profit board members to the five disciplines and four critical difference makers required for good board governance.  Participants leave with a renewed energy for engaging in the work of the orgaization they represent.

This is a one-day training session designed to teach managers how to effectively confront difficult performance issues and hold people fully accountable for their performance and performance development.

CALM™ (Career and Life Management)

This is a one-day workshop to assist individuals in the following:

  • How to control your career and life.
  • How to manage your career in a rapidly changing world.
  • How to do a career and life reality check.
  • How to assess your motivations, values, skills, weaknesses.
  • How to manage up.
  • How to create a successful professional development plan.
