The POLE™ Leadership 360º

Based upon the philosophy that “success without feedback is just an accident” the Leadership 360° initiates substantive and productive conversations about performance and performance development.  This process is a cornerstone in one’s quest for performance excellence.

The Leadership 360° measures performance gaps in the following six categories consisting of 60 specific performance areas in all.

  • Mission/ Vision Leadership
  • Communication
  • Professional Style
  • People Orientation (interpersonal skills)
  • Staff Leadership (management style)
  • Fiscal Leadership (financial management)

The Leadership 360° is done entirely online, is anonymous, and can include an unlimited number in any or all of these participant categories:  board members, supervisors, direct reports, and indirect reports (additional staff/peers).
